Corporate PartnersDevelops and maintains partnerships with local corporations and small businesses.  Solicits support and identifies value-added solutions for all parties.
FundraisingOversees developement and implementation of the Fundraising Plan; identifies and solicits funds from external sources of support.
Human ResourceServes as the career networking arm working closely with partners who are committed to diversity to meet their staffing needs.
InvestmentManages the chapter's investment portfolio as needed to maximize the return on investment.
MembershipOrients new members and assists the chapter in the NBMBAA's Five Channels of Engagement - Education, Career, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Lifestyle.
ProgramPlans and organizes professional development forums which provide stakeholders with effective tools for leadership development and networking.
Public RelationsEnhances the organization's image and builds brand awareness.  Provides regular and timely information about chapter initiatives to the membership, media and community.
ScholarshipExecutes the scholarship program which develops future leaders and improves human capital in the metropolitan St. Louis area.
Student AffairsDevelops and maintains strong relationships with area colleges and universities through collaborative partnerships with student organizations, administrative representatives and faculty.
